Reception staff were very polite as always! The waiting area is clean, comfortable and was lovely to have something to read. As usual the appointment was in a private room and the consultant was professional and went through my treatment plan step by step and explained in a courteous manner what the future holds for my health and well being.

I know there is a note posted up that clinics can be busy so may be delays but maybe appointments should be more spread out as I was kept waiting 45 minutes. Good points- courteous, friendly, smiley staff and full explanation of my treatment which was much appreciated.
