Staff attitude was not at all caring or understanding. There was one member of staff that stood out for showing respect and understanding and that was Lorraine. The lack of consideration towards both parents was also very disgraceful as they had both numbers to contact us both on certain decisions this was not met and as a parent I am out raged.
