Friendly, efficient, competent, inspirational staff. Challenged as ever by low staffing levels. Amazing how calm, friendly and thoughtful they remain despite how much stress the underfunding of nhs services places on them. Because of low staffing numbers it can be hard to speak to someone when you need to but this has nothing to do with the staff themselves and everything to do with funding.
