Brought mother-in-law for a diabetic screening and eye test. Sailed through the eye test, then sat for over an hour and half to see specialist. At no time were we kept informed why we waited for so long. This needs to change. There were absolutely no communication whatsoever.

Staff are amazing.
Vanessa makes brilliant tea and made us so warm and welcome.
Doctor spoke to the child which I thought was lovely. Victoria diabetic nurse was also lovely.
