The nurse's were great an polite and very helpfull. I suffer with aggaphobia and mental health very badly but the nurse's treated me with respect and didn't judge me at all for wanting to kill myself.

Staff very friendly helpful. React quickly to the bed buzzer. Have answered all questions. No improvements to think of.

Dont see the same nurse twice!! Going home procedure not explained when initially told going home - several hours still don't know procedure, lack of communication. Everything else fantastic

Facilities were very adequate for a waiting room. All staff were friendly and helpful. I was seen before my due time and everything was handled very efficiently.

Everyone was very kind. Everything was explained. If I was a person who was frightened I would have been reassured immediately. In all my dealings with staff, consultants to cleaners, I have always found everyone was kind.
