I spent 2 weeks on E5 and the treatment I received was exceptional not only medically, but the staff could not do enough to keep my next of kin fully informed of everything that was going on which, I know, was a huge comfort to them. I will forever be grateful for their professionalism, care and friendliness. They are truly a credit to an overstretched and much maligned NHS. God bless you all.

Tis was my follow on ward, following breast surgery and time in recovery. It is a nice airy four bed room with bathroom, beds are well spaced apart for privacy but with only curtains around, conversations are overheard. The staff are friendly and attentive and available when required, although there may be a wait as they are extremely busy.

Fantastic care and understanding from staff at all levels. Ward was clean and well staffed. Unfortunately the food is quite awful.
