Majority of the staff were very pleasant and caring. One staff nurse stood out of the group for her attitude, surlyness and lack of caring manner. This was not just to patients but to staff members. She should be taught to be a team player

Being female & being made to feel at ease by male nurses. To improve the waiting time once I've asked for pain relief.
