All the staff appear like they actually care and are so friendly and caring

Staff are all friendly and professional always happy to help and advise if required. However they do seem under staffed at times, for example, not enough present who are qualified to deal with cannulas and supporting equipment such as electronic drips etc.

Made to feel at ease - staff very "accessible" Very busy on ward which can generate a lot of noise leading to lack of rest. (Too many visitors for 1 patient on one occasion)
