Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Some delay in getting water jug (3hrs), kept forgetting but staff were very busy, overall treatment was first class.

Friendly, approachable and efficient. Very impressed by the service personnel. While tunics look so clean and command respect not sure who is who in NHS uniforms now.
