all of the staff were approachable, helpful, informative, caring & respectful. it is never very nice to be in a hospital but with the staff here it has been as good as it possibly can be. I thank you on behalf of my mother.

The nursing care was very good - they work very very hard! Night time - lights out earlier! Toilets/ shower not clean and only 1 shower

The care of all staff from cleaners to consultants was second to none. Individually more had to be asked a second time for anything. Nothing was forgotten. Everyone was tip top.
