Kindness and consideration was shown at times by all staff in my situation they did not confuse being deaf with being daft.

Staff very friendly. Clean hospital. Professional care. Felt safe. Not happy about waiting around for 6 hrs before surgery though (although I do realise its just one of those things).

MAU- not enough staff. Clearly training issues re-communication and how to support elderly patients who are confused. Fluid balance charts- should be completed. Patient privacy! I was terrified because I didn't understand what was happening.

Everyone has been very helpful and friendly but an area of concern is the length of time you have to wait to receive medication from the pharmacy.
