I had an early appointment and was seen at the time given, the staff were friendly and informative. I was given all the information I needed, I took all the information that was required to complete my pre op assessment. the only drawback is that a date for the surgery cannot be given at the pre op assessment, why is that, it would save time and money form backroom staff.
