I felt a little neglected whilst in the ward, but feel that this may be because the ward was very busy. Also, around lunchtime, cleaners were taking down the bay curtains and dusting above the rails for clean ones to go up and my new born son started sneezing due to all the dust floating around the room. I thought this could of been done at a more convenient time, not when there is lots of newborn children around.
