My last appointment was the first one in a long time that I was contacted and given an appointment within the timescales indicated at my last visit. Normally I have to phone to get this. I understand that patient volumes can vary but you wonder if the appointment has been overlooked when you hear nothing at the expected time.
Getting an appointment using the online system is an absolute pain as you have to scrollback through the calender month by month to set you DoB. It takes absolutely ages and needs to be changed urgently. The staff are aware but nothing has changed since I raised this verbally before.
