I was hear with my Father-in-law who is 92. We managed to get an emergency appointment the day before. Chris Sibson, was outstanding. She showed compassion and empathy and genuinely cared. She could understand how my Father-in-law was desperate for an appointment and she went above and beyond. With more people like Chris employed the NHS will be in a great place. I cannot thank her enough. I have been trying to get an appointment for my Father-in-law since the end of February and Chris listened and acted. Thank you Chris, and the whole emergency eye department who were exceptional.
