Dr Heaton saw me promptly. He explained every part of his examination of my mole and talked through the details of his findings and the procedure that was needed to remove the mole. He found a surgery room immediately and described every part of the procedure. He involved my wife while explaining the necessary post-operative care. His manner and that of his able assistant was very reassuring. I could not have wanted for better treatment. Thank you.
