Pre op assessment - administration Letter 1 dated 10th April for appointment 18th April - operation on 19th April Letter 2 dated 10th April for appointment 13th April at 10am Both letters were received after mid day on 13th April so impossible to get to appointment from The Isle of Wight Please note that letter 2 was posted First Class - however that does not mean that next day delivery is guaranteed especially in rural areas where we no longer receive daily postal deliveries I would suggest a telephone call be made when letter dates and appointment dates are within 5 days of each other.
