Get shot of the nurse from outpatients who thinks she owns the place. The large one with glasses and blonde hair. Absolutely disgusted with her un-professional manor. She spoke to a member of staff like a piece of dirt in front of myself and an area full of patients. Have also posted a complaint in the complaints box regarding it as she came across as a Big bully and not someone of a caring profession!
