Most of the nurses were great, really helpful and informative. The student nurses in particular were fantastic. They were kind, caring, knowledgable and most importantly listened to myself and other patients too However, a couple of the staff were rude, uncaring, dismissive, did not listen, questioned why I required/wanted medication that had been prescribed to me and monitored by a UK specialist, questioned why I wanted pain relief, did not take my prior conditions and its limitations into account during my stay. In fact, I would call them bullies. The bullying occured not only towards patients, but other staff also. I overheard some negative conversations had regarding other staff too. Not good!
