All staff that visited our home were friendly, cheerful, professional, respectful, beautifully dressed, never rushed, treated my husband like an individual and are all very special People.

i would not change or criticise the service at all. i am aware that you do not give specific times but that not cause any issues for our family as fitted in with our routine well. A big thankyou to all that visited our home. You are all wonderful people xxx

Louise & the team were always very understanding as to how well i was feeling- even cancelling at short notice and not being well enough to participate - they contacted me every week to see if i was well enough

i like the video exercise classes- i mean the zoom classes. i think it would be a good idea to have the class like this in the future as i would save people having to drive to hospice to participate.

Everyone who came to our home from the hospice and everyone i spoke to at the hospice gave us the care, patience and respect far beyond anything, i could have wished for during the last days of my husbands life, Doctor Liam and Doctor House were so kind and helpful and always gave us as much of their time as we needed. Thankyou for EVERYTHING.
