The hospice really listened to me and provided support in my loss and grief.
.
INFORMATIVE EASY TO UNDERSTAND VERY GOOD NURSE
.
Because the nurses were very kind and caring and treated the patient with the utmost respect. I felt comforted by their presence.
Rachel and Sharon came and put my mind at rest as I was unable to turn John anymore so could not wash him etc. Also Rachel and Mandy they all made John feel more comfortable and did not mind me being there they were kind and friendly efficient in all they did for John and me. Thank you.
My children and I are immensely grateful to Pilgrims, who organised palliative care (at home in Canterbury) for my wife Maggy during the last weeks of her life. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness of everyone we met or spoke to at the hospice, and collectively they made a difficult situation much more bearable. With warmest thanks from Michael, Jess and Raf.
I read the above questions to dad and dad rated the answers. I ( mandy) have completed the feedback boxes.
Dads experience in the hospice was overall very good.
We both appreciate everything that was done for dad, by the dedicated team.
Some of the staff went above and beyond for dad, which meant so much to both of us.
Today I have met 4 of the Hospice at home team - they have all been wonderful and I feel very grateful and completely reassured that my dad will be in safe hands with the team.
I sincerely thank you ( Sophie) for arranging this interim care for my dad in order for him to come home to his family- you have no idea how much it means to my family.
I couldn't have asked for better care.
No comment. If all staff like Carol, Lynn, Lorna, Helen would be good.
