Because staff were very kind, considerate mostly couldn't do enough to make life easier for me always trying to ease things for me and to look and feel so much better than when I came in I can't thank them enough
its a difficult job they do without any complaints

ALL the staff were friendly, professional + went the extra mile, not only in the hospital but at home too.
As an inpatient they sat with me, helped talk through any worries I had. They were absolutely marvellous.

My counsellor was Monique and I cant praise her enough. She was so caring, supportive and she listened to me and I found our sessions has helped me through my grief. I feel I will need more sessions later on.

I cant think of anything that would have improved the support and understanding that was received, It was first class.

It was first visit so it was a bit unknown to me but I have known a lot of people who have used the Hospice service and I value the calm & pleasant feel of the Hospice area.
Suggested improvements
No I know that I had to be put in the system for the future in case I needed ward contact. Also I am hoping it will help my 85 YR sister who had a few problems of her own and give her peace at this time too.

Nothing! Dad's house is a bit messy but your lovely nurses washed and found a space to do this with dignity.
