FOR WEEKS I HAD NO PROPER SLEEP - THE PROVISION OF THE HOSPITAL BED HAS GOT ME SLEEPING WELL EVERY NIGHT THANKS TO YOURSELVES.

The staff at all levels are informative and treat you with the utmost respect and kindness. They are always checking to see if your ok and require anything. If meal time isn't suitable they happy to cook at a time that suits

personally i dont think there is apart from maybe getting a barber in once a fortnight LOL

I spoke with a lovely lady called Angela and i felt that she was listening to me, not feeding information into laptop, its eased my mind some to know i can go into the hospice when i get worse. I am still scare but not so bad.

this form has been completed after lots of different staff have attended to my husbands needs and ALL of them have been exceptional in their care, professionalism and approach - we are truly blessed and grateful
