the carer's were cheerful kind & friendly, they made my husband (patient) and myself (wife) feel very much at ease with their company. they knew their role and they passed on some very useful tips. very grateful for their attendance at a difficult time.

nothing comes to mind. with their level on experience and caring, they are hard to hear

i would like to say thankyou to all the carers who looked after mum in her final days. They all showed great care for mum but also on the last two days for me as I may have looked lost. Special thanks to the " two sharons" who washed mum after she passed and made her look at peace. Heart felt thanks

_not a complaint. After mum died and all the manic that went on perhaps a call just to make sure the carer is okay and explaining the next processes. i might be writing this as it was still raw. NOT_ a complaint

The nurses who came were very friendly, helpful and treated both my husband, who was the patient, and myself with the upmost dignity

the communication between the hospice and the A.R.T unfortunately failed so we received carers from both teams on our last day

Marion was my life-saver. She helped support me dealing with the death of my Father (step) & extreme care for my mum during lockdown with end of life Parkinsons. My marriage & mental health would have broken without the support, advice & listening tome in good & bad times. On a personal note, I would like to thank Marion for all her care & support. I am sure that I would not have been able to give my mum the support she needed whilst keeping myself going without her. She is an angel & I cant praise her highly enough. Thank you for helping us, we really appreciate the help & support you give us as a family & individuals.

One day, I had a complete meltdown & the person on the other end of the phone was unable to help me. It took some time to hear back & Marion herself called me. I was very distressed at the time.

From the first initial contact by phone I felt supported. My counsellor held the space well and at all times I felt listened to and able to express myself confidently.

the carers were arranged quickly, they were compassionate & helped mum be more comfortable & less agitated

i know it is impossible to give times of visits but it would be helpful to know maybe a 2 hour window especially for morning calls

The staff are angels very caring and take time to find out exactly how you are feeling and all your needs

i could not have managed to care for my husband in his last days of life without the support of the care team. They were excellent, respectful of his body and mind. they helped me cope with his end of life wish to be at home.

i cannot fault the care team in any way. Sorry for our noisy dogs!
