All the staff could not be more pleasant, Helpful, Kind, Funny & always did their very best to make a difficult heartbreaking, situations, more bareable. I would like to Thank EKH & everyone oft them for their help

whatever help was needed there was always someone from the hospice who could help/advise, and quickly contractible by telephone.

The staff were caring gentle and understanding they couldnt done any more than they did to make the patient at ease and comfortably, they were the best.

They were gentle, Professional, they didnt rush or cause any stress to mum, they laughed with her and respected her dignity

Louis was very understanding, helpful, constructive, and took all the time I needed to explain things. He gave me some great ideas to work with in times of struggle, what a credit to you and a lucky gift for me to have him as my counsellor.

I don't have any comments for improvement. I found the service excellent.
