The nursing staff at Pilgrims Margate were exceptional. We were only in there for 5 hrs but were at ease throughout. Chaplain Cat and her partners were a hugh comfort and we are eternally grateful, Thank you

Monique listened & helped me immensely. I felt relief & clarity after each session.

I did think 6 sessions would be enough but the sessions went so quick that I require more which has been approved, but this is not a reflection on the quality of the sessions.

I felt the Counsellor was very good & I felt very at ease with her, our talks were constructive & helpful. She was very understanding of my situation. I felt priviliged to be able to use the counselling.

Without being gushing the team here are fantastic, they are kind & caring but with humour where appropriate, I don't have any negative comments.

The Staff make the hospice, from the top to the bottom. Amazing no complaints from me.
