Very kind nurses and volunteers.
Good quality, home made food.
Everyone has time no rushing.
Peaceful atmosphere.
Only improvement would be quieter at night but appreciate others are poorly.

I have been admitted for symptom management and the experience has been wonderful so far.
I have been listened to and treated in an empathetic manner. The staff and volunteers seen perceptive and intuitive and I feel safe to express totally, supported and my symptoms are easing. This is truly holistic care and I feel lucky to have experienced this.

Make you feel so relaxed. Could not improve anything.

Have been well looked after, friendly and helpful staff.
Things that could be improved, if the hospice had a small shop on site for snacks and essentials.
