The staff were lovely when we turned up and nothing was too much trouble for them. I didn't no what to expect about the room but it 'as could be a hotel room' with access to the garden through double doors. I only wish it was though better circumstances that I was visiting at. I had only been here for 5 hours at time of writing and so far everything was good.
