Attended to almost straight away when needed.
Lots of dignity.

Calm, relaxed reception on coming to the ward. Guided tour of the hospice was a little overwhelming straight away.

Loves the fact all the nursing staff acknowledge me and speak every time they walk in the bay and call me by my name.
