I am filling in this form as my mother is too frail to do it. I found all your carers so caring, friendly and gentle. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Not only did they care for my mum but they also cared about my feelings as well, always consulting me with everything they done. Personally there are no improvements you can make, Thank you. A very grateful daughter.

Very compassionate , sympathetic and understanding in an emotional situation.
Efficient bed change making patient more comfortable which is the whole point. All 3 staff members clearly emphasised

I was so impressed by the speed at which the Hospice at Home care was put in place- literally in around an hour or two from my call requesting help. The care received was outstanding. My husband was treated with such dignity and my family couldn't have asked for nicer people to take care of his personal needs. I was very touched by the sympathetic way they spoke to my husband as they were washing him- even in death when preparing him for the undertakers. Although we only needed their assistance for his final 3 days, they felt like part of the family. Thank you, kind ladies!
