Issue with Lets Create Team is why I would not recommend anyone to receive 'support'. Cannot praise The Telephone Team, Volunteer Driver team, Nurse and Occupational Therapists enough. Their support is why I continue to receive palliative support here.

You should be proud of all your staff- The 'Hospice at Home' team are 'second to none'. So helpful and friendly- nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always cheerful and lift my spirits. I can only thank you for the quick way you have put everything in place to help me in what is a very diffciult time. With so many thanks XXXX.

The care, respect, passion, dignity and friendliness of the ladies (and gentleman) has been second to none. They have been absolutely amazing. The nurses were with us so soon after being informed of our situation. They were respectful, kind and did a wonderful job. Cannot thank them enough.

The two young ladies came in and Tony was treated like a family member. The work quickly and were very caring. Tony was at ease all the time. Thank you.
