With Covid, it is hard having conversations on the phone rather than in person.
I felt that there was always someone there when I needed them.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
24 hr helpline is very valuable.
The nurses are always helpful and reassuring. I have felt a bit adrift because of Covid; the hospice nurses are unable to visit but GP nurses are able to visit.
The staff are always at the end of the phone, it has been excellent, the only bad thing was that it was a struggled with decisions around DNR and the patient felt pressured to start with to make a decision.

The depth of knowledge and sensitivity of staff is great.

I can't recommend them enough. Very positive. Only bad thing is that I speak to one nurse more than anyone else so she knows me well but can't always get hold of her. The other members of the team always do their best to help.
