Kyla has been giving me Reiki treatments. Although apprehensive at first by third session definitely started to feel different

Very good pre covid Since then - not seeing Martyn each week (Because of Covid) I have felt more remote.I do have DRT - which can be goodI used to speak to Martyn once a week before and after the virtual therapy - this seems to have fallen away. The Majority of staff are caring and understanding, however improvements can be made in areas of communication.

Spend more time with the patients especially in areas which cause anxiety ie symptoms (Vomiting) . Sorting out documentation
