Every phone call is supportive, informative and useful. All of the staff I have had contact with have been kind and understanding and friendly. The information and help I have received has been second to none and I feel very blessed to be looked after by this team.
Suggested improvements
The quantity and frequency of the calls is brilliant. You do not pester me, but you contact me often enough to make me feel supported and valued. I cannt honestly think of any improvement.

All the services used by my wife and myself have been from therapy, legal advice and palliative information of great help to both of us.

Nothing to suggest, other than me passing on to new patients, who are sceptical of hospices and outreach centres that the help if beneficial and friendly.

It worked ! in me being able to share adequately. IT gave me time to reflect on what i have suffered and gave me hope to accept the future during the 6 sessions.

Having lost the Outreach meetings at Dover because of the lockdown, it was appreciated the setting up of the Zoom meetings, keeping us in touch. AT a future point it would be nice to have the Outreach meetings back, face to face contact is good for wellbeing.
