The staff that I have spoken to are all very caring and listen to what I have to say. I always feel that I am important to them and the support is fantastic. Any treatment or arrangements are always discussed fully with me and I feel that I am in control of my situation whilst being fully supported.

I an't think of anything that could have been done better.
