All staff very caring,approachable, knowledgeable. Nobody in too much of a rush to listen to concerns. Relatives treated with warmth and kindness. Dad has major communication issues ( cant hear, cant really speak) but all staff take time to listen and talk. Volunteers kind and helpful. lovely setting, comfortable. So grateful Dad is here.
