Louise was kind, warm, thoughtful and constructive. She created a space of respite and understanding away from the very intense pressure I've been living under.

Louise made one very jarring comment about the NHS being under pressure because of 'so many people coming to this country', which was quite shocking. I failed to address it in the moment and it's sat uncomfortably with me since.
