Absolutely fantastic! The hospice at home team are extremely kind, caring and compassionate. We as a family are grateful for their support and appreciate the time the team take when visiting as we are never felt like the visit is rushed or an inconvenience. We wished we could continue this service longer as the team have set very high expectations of the level of care required when we are transferred to another care provider. Thank you so much your help and support have had a huge positive impact on my mums journey.
