I found personally the counsellor, Chris, was so very wonderful in everything. She was caring, kind, compassionate and supportive. She always made me feel so much better every time I saw her. She understood, she explained, she never judged- she absolutely listened. I felt safe and secure in the knowledge I could talk freely and openly and she helped me to find the answers.

Nothing to be honest- it was so very beneficial for me. Possibly more sessions but other than that, nothing.
