Staff - care, concern, patience and compassion is second to none. A whole team effort facilities are clear but not over clinical to the point of brilliance. The minute detail is accounted for not only for the patient but for the family. It is very difficult to think of anything that could be improved but perhaps a relatives leaflet would be helpful.
