Staff nurse Sabu respected privacy by closing the door and adjusting the blind so that staff could keep a check on mum and I without being intrusive, this positive I am words of wisdom eased my sadness. Hugs were offered plentifully but Sheena are the best heartfelt. Nurse Sheila turned the catheter bag to face the bed so that the urine draining wasn't visible to visitors. I felt that was respecting mum's dignity. All staff responded to needs promptly HCA who showered mum and squeezed her way through the shift. Encouraging mum injecting.
