Everyone to a person is caring and has time for you, we are especially impressed with Mandy who was our first point of contact and continues to monitor Gill even though she is now at home. Also Karen was particularly kind. Rachel also went to great length to be helpful. Having mentioned them with all the staff have been excellent. Dr Kathy is also due a special mentor. There are no shortcomings as far as I can see. The hospice gives an aura of peace and tranquility. It is a lovely establishment.
