over the last 5 years we have had little or no support but the last week was fantastic, couldn't ask more of your dedicated team of nurses

only slight problem when i phoned for an extra visit using the 24 hr care navigators number they didn't know how to contact them they asked if i had a direct number to call them and said only the I rang however she called me back and got it sorted.
