Once care kicked in, it was very good. But at the start of home care, we did not know who was doing what. Communication from QEQM as very poor

Suggested improvements
Communication. When my wife came home from QEQM, we felt we did not know what to do. There was a lack of communication. We did not know who was doing what. Also, it took too long for professional care to kick in. Once in, it was good.
