Very caring understanding staff, very friendly greeting, offered all sorts of beverages etc, then excellent rapport with all the staff organising the activities in the communal lounge, jigsaws, painting, knitting, quizzes etc , also staff were happy to talk at any point. Meals were exceptionally good with everyone given a choice of menus.
