Even when I sobbed & couldn't speak, Louis was patient, kind & something I needed even more was empathy, not someone who just feels sorry for you but rather can understand your pain, allow 'permission' to express whatever I'm feeling & speak through those feelings with a voice tone & volume that proves their empathetic is real & actually cares about his clients

For me, it was extremely helpful but 6 sessions, for me, isn't enough but I understand why its 6 sessions & there are options to explore going forwards such as Louis has referred me for further counselling in an outside group. But I've nothing but praise & thx to Louis & all staff at the hospice who help grieving & depressed people like me.
