Exceptional care. Impeccable so lovely, helpful, friendly, cheering me up when I felt down after I heard a friends had died. Everyone here goes that extra bit just to make things easier and bearable. Can never thanks the staff here enough - words are not enough 'thank you' doesn't really cover it. :-)
