Everyone is kind and caring and respectful when we had a question ? We were made to feel considered and cared for . This was over the phone at the Hospice .

Maybe a little information sheet in the room for family of coma or non responsive patients - don’t like bothering staff .

The nurse taking care of my appointment was king, understanding but also had the perfect balance of including my family but focusing on me, she gave me lots of options and information with no pressure to take part in anything i didnt want to. high recommended

Mum has said dignity and respect at the beginning was extremely good, however the longer she stays the more she feels this has declined. Most of the time it’s good, occasionally it could be better.

Feel like I could of been more assisted with my walking.
