so patient & caring in talking about how she ( mum) felt about her aging and the help she needs to keep safe. There were no time pressures in the conversations.

Mum wished to be at home to die and the support we had from the hospice was invaluable to us and gave us the confidence to keep her at home, The 24hr helpline was so reassuring & everyone was kind, compassionate. They knew the situation & were friendly &: empathetic at all times
