All the staff here have shown patience kindness and compassion the level of care is extremely high and this gives myself and my family great comfort.

The care my husband is receiving is exceptional the nurses the carers cannot be more helpful and kind to him it is a comforting to know he is being so well cared for .

Wonderful staff and food is really nice. Comfortable and not what I thought I was going to. This place is comfortable and like a 5star place!!

Lovely place, kind staff, they have the time to really care and do their job. The staff never rush and I feel like they want to be there. Pilgrims hospice Thanet is really a place of care and respect.

Lovely staff , patient and always go out their way to help. I had drinks when I wanted and they even tucked me in at night. If I got cold, they brought in another blanket.

First class treatment. The nurses are angles and the food is out of this world! thank you for the patients and helping me relax. And letting my family be my family rather than carers.

I am forever grateful for the care that I have received at the hospice. There is a good response when medication is needed. Nurses and carers are kind and empathetic. They are flexible and the quality of the food is very good. The doctors give regular feed back and I feel I am given all the information that I need.

The hospice have been amazing, couldn't have asked for more. I can't believe what the hospice do and the staff can't do enough for you. Thank you will never be enough.
